About Shobha
Yoga teaches us to live a balanced life. Yoga leads to the union of an individual consciousness with the universal consciousness. I have taught Yoga to children, working individuals, people with mental and health problems. I cover: Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Therapeutic yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation.

I start my session with Om chanting to create a positive aura. I focus on the right alignment of postures, also tell about the benefits and precautions. I customize my protocol for every class based on attendees' age groups and also health issues. I always end my session with meditation and relaxation.
