About Aline
I am a certified Yoga instructor (YTT 200, RYT 500) with training in chair yoga, restorative yoga, yin and vinyasa style yoga. I am a certified Integrative Health Coach from the Institute of Intigrative Nutrition. I have practiced yoga for over 10 years and trained to become an instructor in 2018. I completed the Health Coach training in 2021. Before I began yoga teacher training, I was a stay at home mom to my 2 children ages 12 and 14.

My teaching method is to work with others on their journey toward overall wellness. I will guide you in taking a step back and slowing down to evaluate what is holding you back from overall peace and wellness in your life. I view each person as an individual, as we all have different backgrounds, habits, emotional stresses, circumstances and overall lifestyle factors.
