About Rangin
I practiced yoga in 2015 and have been teaching yoga for more than 5 years since 2017. Yoga classes are available from beginner to expert level, the yoga I teach is Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga. Through yoga, I found ways to control my ego, to really enjoy breathing, to be more patient and to feel more compassionate for myself as well as for others.

Through teaching, I want to spread the benefits of yoga and help improve the lifestyles of others. My approach to yoga focuses on energetic movement, strength and comfort. I expect you to leave the classroom feeling refreshed and calm and with a clear mind.
Apart from focusing on practicing poses (asanas), I also teach breathing techniques (pranayama) in yoga classes, and relaxation. Every pose that I teach is very easy to follow for beginners, because I always start with the easiest movements and can be adjusted to the condition of each person's body in yoga class.
