In today's world Yoga and Meditation is the need of the hour. People these days either have a lot of Mental Stress or are unable to exercise physically due to busy schedules. This is where I come, I blend the traditional forms of Yoga with modern explanations making the classes easy to understand and approachable. My classes are specially designed to explore the physical, philosophical, spiritual and mental aspects of Yoga.
