About Ashish Tyagi
Namaste ! My name is Ashish Tyagi Arya, and I have been practicing Yoga and Meditation for over 15 years. My journey with Yoga began not only as a physical discipline but also as a path of self-awareness, mental clarity, and inner growth.
I am a Certified Yoga Trainer recognized by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. To deepen my understanding of traditional Yoga, I spent two years studying and practicing Yoga in Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World, where I received extensive training in Yogic philosophy, asanas, pranayama, meditation, and holistic well-being.
Professionally, I have worked as a Yoga Instructor at Rudra Yog Peeth, Rishikesh, and The Empire of Fitness Gym, Gurugram, helping individuals improve their physical fitness, flexibility, posture, stress management, and overall wellness.
My teaching approach goes beyond physical postures. I focus on combining Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Relaxation Techniques, and Mind-Body Awareness to create a balanced and sustainable practice for each student.
Whether your goal is weight management, flexibility improvement, stress reduction, better concentration, overall fitness, or developing a regular meditation practice, I provide personalized guidance based on your individual needs and fitness level.
I offer both Online and Offline Yoga Sessions for individuals, groups, and corporate professionals.

• I work with students of all age groups, including children, adults, senior citizens, working professionals, and beginners.
• I begin by understanding the student's fitness level, lifestyle, health goals, and body constitution to create a personalized Yoga plan.
• Sessions are designed according to individual objectives such as weight management, flexibility improvement, posture correction, stress reduction, general fitness, and overall well-being.
• Having personally transformed my own health and lost over 50 kilograms through disciplined Yoga, exercise, and lifestyle changes, I bring practical experience along with professional training.
• Classes typically begin with breathing practices (Pranayama) and simple energizing exercises to improve lung capacity, stamina, and mental focus.
• I gradually introduce Yoga Asanas, stretching routines, and mobility exercises that help improve flexibility, balance, strength, and body awareness.
• Special attention is given to proper alignment, breathing techniques, and safe progression so that students can practice confidently and sustainably.
• Meditation, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques are integrated into sessions to promote mental calmness, emotional balance, and inner awareness.
• Every session concludes with guided relaxation, Yoga Nidra, or meditation practices to support recovery, relaxation, and stress management.
• Students are welcome to seek guidance between sessions whenever they need support regarding their Yoga practice and wellness goals.
