About Dr Navdha
I grew up in a family that nourished love and meditation together. For me my mom was the light that introduced me to the world of yoga. As I know the benefits of practicing yoga since a very young age, I will love to be your guide in this "Yogic World".
In the sessions, we will focus how just 15-20 mins of yoga everyday can help us to grow and learn together.
