I like to do a fusion of hatha yoga and yin yoga by creating the Yin-Yang yoga class.
This class succeeds in incorporating the balance of a body focus on joints, bones and ligaments as well as muscular work. Focused on the presence and connection with the body, giving the student a space for relaxation of mind and body.
