Certified RYT 200 hour Yoga Teacher specializing in Meditation, Pranayama, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Energy Release. I offer an integrated approach to nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and holistic well-being.

Details
Classes last about 45 minutes. Web cam sessions will take place via Google Meet. In person sessions will take place in a public place like Park or Library. If student is located more than 15 miles from Uptown, Charlotte a charge of $20 will be added for travel expenses.
