About Sakila
I'm Sakila, and I started practicing yoga to ease the difficulties from my corporate work. Following motherhood, I began practicing yoga with some of the finest yoga instructors, who shared the practice of yoga in its true essence for 3 years. This inspired me to take up the Yoga TTC course at Sivananda Ashram, Kerala. I have also done a course on Yoga Anatomy at MAnali. And I am here with all that experience of yoga to work with you.

I love sharing yoga practice in its true essence with my clients. My initial goal is to learn the client's needs and align the practice based on their physique in my unique style. You will feel energized to face your day by the end of the session. I can help you with back issues, stiff upper back, and frozen shoulder. You will be relaxed emotionally, mentally and physically after the class!
