About Cédric
I have been a sports trainer in Paris for almost 10 years. I specialized in gentle gyms, first in Pilates, then in Yoga, with a first training in Paris, then a total immersion in India in 2018. I followed a multidisciplinary course in an ashram in Goa , passing a diploma recognized by Yoga Alliance to teach the physical practices of yoga as well as meditation.

My approach to yoga is anchored in the original spirituality of the discipline, and adapts to the expectations of an effective physical practice. Adapted to your level, each course begins with an immersion in the practice, and ends with a short relaxation / meditation. The session can be dynamic, for greater energy expenditure and muscle building, or much softer and oriented on flexibility and mobility, depending on your expectations.
