About Ester
I studied at a school for yoga teachers, receiving the international Yoga Alliance certification. I also lived in an ashram (where yoga and meditation are practiced), where I was able to deepen the study of Vedic philosophy and provide voluntary service. I am in continuous formation, willing to always learn new things and to be able to offer them to others.

I teach hatha yoga to both beginners and already a bit more experienced practitioners. I pay a lot of attention to the breath and enrich the practice of asana with pranayama (breathing techniques), mudra and mantra. I try to personalize the lessons as much as possible, meeting the needs of my students. It is not necessary to have already practiced yoga or to have a flexible body, just a mat, comfortable clothes and a corner of time to dedicate to oneself. Hi, I am Ester, I am 29 years old and I am a yoga teacher. Yoga, as a physical discipline, lifestyle and philosophy, is my passion and I am happy to be able to share it with people through teaching. The styles of yoga I practice are hatha and vinyasa, giving much importance to pranayama (breathing techniques). Currently I teach both individuals privately and in groups in a room open to the public, to beginners and to already a bit more experienced practitioners. I am also available to try distance teaching through video.
