About FEDERICA
I started practicing yoga in 2014 and since that moment I have never stopped deepening in my practice and my knowledge of the yogic world. I successfully completed my teacher training at the Association of Yoga and Meditation, in Rishikesh, India. Where I also attended an Ayurveda course and at the same time I expanded my knowledge of the breathing techniques (Pranayama) used during yogic practice and meditation.

Take an hour to relax, focus only on yourself and improve your flexibility. We will immerse ourselves in a yoga practice, where we will focus on the performance of different yogic positions (asanas), we will alternate fluid and dynamic movements with other more stable ones, focusing on our body. The secret is to follow the rhythm of your breath. The practice will begin with a warm-up to bring attention to the breath, and then alternate standing, sitting and lying positions.
