About Meenakshi
Hi, I’m Meenakshi — a certified yoga teacher with 3 years of experience teaching online and in-person. I hold a 200-hour certification from the Sri Sri School of Yoga and come from a background in corporate HR (MBA in HR). As a working mom myself, I understand how hard it can be to stay consistent with self-care. My classes are designed to meet you where you are — no pressure, no judgment. Whether you want to build strength, release stress, or just breathe a little deeper, I offer a space that’s real, practical, and grounded. You're in safe hands. Every session is thoughtfully planned to suit your needs, and I always focus on helping you reconnect with yourself — through movement, breath, and awareness. I look forward to practicing with you!
