My yoga classes are structured based on the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of each person. I place special emphasis on yoga breathing and physical techniques to avoid injury. In case of pre-existing injuries, work hand in hand with physiotherapists. In prenatal yoga, pelvic floor work and breathing are essential. And in post natal yoga the recovery of the pelvic floor and the muscles of the body
