About Swati
I'm a freelance yoga teacher and content strategist. I did my training from Rishikesh, India and have been practicing and teaching ever since. My classes are personalized to the person attending with specific goals in mind.
I've been practicing yoga since a very young age and I came to the practice as a student, with no idea that I would someday teach.
However, once I began, I knew that in my way, I could help make simple changes in the way they sit, walk, or go about their day and that would make all the difference. So if you're young, old, lost, or just looking for a change, give my class a try!

The class is all about healing!
I came to yoga because I suffered from back pain, carpal tunnel, anxiety, and depression.
Over the years, my yoga practice helped me in all of these aspects, so I could live a more enriching life.
My yoga classes consist of students from all walks of life. I help each one of them by creating personalized classes that help them reach their goals.
