About Vijay
I'm a traveler, nature loving person. Being a Gym freak i entered into yoga practice in 2016. Thoroughly enjoyed practicing YOGA and yoga lifestyle. Special thanks to my Guru who thought me various aspects of yoga with a friendly touch.
Now, i'm a certified trainer with a lot of practical knowledge on YOGA. Like to spread the art of healthy living through my yoga sessions.
