About Monik
I am a Chemical Engineer (grad. 2020) who is working as an Assistant Manager at Aarti Industries Ltd.
I used to teach 10th graders in an academy for a year while pursuing my bachelor's degree. Teaching is one such activity that helps me express my ideas in ways that I don't normally do. I love interracting with students and understanding their struggles with concepts or the education system in general. I can connect with them on a different level as I am not much older than them and can make learning fun.

Learning becomes much easier when we start with the 'why' instead of 'how' or 'what'
I understand why many students hate math or don't see the point of studying school-level concepts. The problem does not lie with the subject matter in itself but in how a particular concept is introduced. Before telling the students 'what' they need to learn, I start with explaing 'why' they might benefit from understanding the concept and where all it is applicable in real life.
