About Evelyn
I am a chemistry tutor with 9 years of experience and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry. My passion for chemistry developed through laboratory research and discovering how molecular interactions influence medicine, materials, and everyday life.
I enjoy creating lessons that combine scientific accuracy with approachable teaching methods. My teaching emphasizes understanding, practical application, and supportive guidance so students feel confident while mastering increasingly challenging concepts.

My chemistry lessons help students understand scientific concepts by connecting them with everyday experiences and practical observations. We begin with atomic structure, chemical bonding, formulas, and periodic trends before progressing into more advanced areas of chemistry. Every lesson includes clear explanations, visual learning, guided calculations, and meaningful discussions that help students understand ideas instead of memorizing facts. Students are encouraged to think scientifically while developing confidence through active participation.
As learners gain experience, we explore stoichiometry, organic reactions, equilibrium, electrochemistry, acids and bases, reaction mechanisms, and laboratory investigations. Lessons also include experiment analysis, numerical practice, scientific reasoning, and revision activities that improve both conceptual understanding and examination performance. Learning activities are carefully adjusted according to each student's pace and learning goals.
My objective is to help students appreciate chemistry as a logical and fascinating science. Every lesson develops observation skills, analytical thinking, and scientific confidence while making learning enjoyable and rewarding.
