About Calla
I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and have 8 years of teaching experience. My interest in Chemistry began with curiosity about how substances interact and change under different conditions. Over time, this curiosity turned into a passion for teaching and helping students understand the subject clearly.
My teaching style focuses on clarity, patience, and structured explanation. I break down complex topics into smaller steps so students can follow them easily. I use examples and diagrams to make learning more effective. I also adapt my teaching approach based on each student’s pace and comfort level.
Outside of teaching, I enjoy exploring real-world applications of Chemistry and staying updated with new developments. Teaching is rewarding because I see students grow in confidence and understanding. Helping them achieve their goals motivates me to continue teaching with dedication.

Chemistry becomes much easier when students understand the logic behind reactions instead of memorizing formulas without clarity. My lessons focus on building strong conceptual understanding in topics such as chemical bonding, reactions, equilibrium, and basic organic chemistry through structured and simple explanations. I guide students step by step so they can clearly understand how reactions occur and how different concepts are connected. I use real-life examples such as environmental processes, industrial applications, and everyday chemical changes to make learning more relatable. Each session is interactive and supportive, encouraging students to ask questions and build confidence.
I structure my lessons based on the student’s level and learning needs. Beginners focus on basic concepts such as atoms, molecules, and simple reactions using repetition and clear explanations. Intermediate learners explore balancing equations, reaction types, and numerical problem solving with guided practice. Advanced students work on equilibrium, reaction mechanisms, and complex problem solving with deeper understanding. Practice exercises, revision sessions, and continuous feedback are included to ensure steady progress.
Chemistry also helps students develop analytical thinking and logical reasoning skills. As they gain clarity, they feel more confident solving problems and understanding concepts. Many students begin to enjoy the subject once they recognize patterns in reactions. My goal is to make Chemistry clear, engaging, and confidence-building.
