I think it is very important to form a good relationship with my students, regardless of the level at which they are being taught. I am a very social and sporty person, and so I know how different a lesson can feel when being delivered in a more friendly and comfortable environment - I also have the skills to ensure the lesson is very productive and useful despite this.
Both of my parents are teachers, so I think tutoring is something that comes very naturally to me. I have been tutoring students since sixth form, where I managed to increase 3 students AS-Level maths resit grades from a U to a B in 1 year. My degree has taught me modules in chemistry, biochemistry, physics, materials science, biology, and pure and applied mathematics, so I have a very good understanding of most science subjects to A-Level standard. I attained 4 A* grades in Chemistry, Maths, Further Maths and Biology at A-Level, so I have a very good understanding of these courses in particular.
The given price will generally be for A-Level tuition, and so will be reduced for GCSE tutoring or below. I am happy to travel to London, and prices shouldn't vary depending on how accessible the location is. Cancellation policies can be discussed on an individual basis, and will only be enforced if there is need for it.
