About Luka
What's up! Glad to have you on this ad of mine, so here is a little bit about myself before we get to know each other a little more during our first lesson! I am a current third-year medical student at the University of Auckland, and despite this I do have free time to get up to some other awesome things! More importantly, I have been tutoring since 2021, beginning during my high school years as a volunteer, and have garnered a wealth of experience, which I intend to share with you! I spend much of my free time playing basketball and in a BJJ gym! As well as these sports I enjoy distance running and photography, both of which are great excuses to take the time to travel to new places in this awesome country of ours!

Onto the more boring stuff... Lessons typically last between 1 and 2 hours, but we can do whatever works for you! The calls will initially involve identifying how you learn best, be that flashcards, summarization, past papers or the million other ways to learn, and we will make your own personal plan to get you to your very best! I believe in going through the process of making individualized notes during our calls, as that's exactly what makes knowledge stick, and you can trust me on that! Explaining concepts and articulating them yourself is the true determination of knowledge, and this practice will ensure that you understand the content. Whatever subject we are covering, we will have a plan for the future as well as set goals that are achievable by the end of the academic year so we can see your progress. Be it acceleration ahead of your peers or going through concepts in a bit more detail, I have experience with a variety of students, and I am sure I will be able to help you in achieving and surpassing your academic goals and expectations.

Excellent! Luka was great with communication and work with the learning style for my son. He is experienced in wide range of subject which makes it easier to choose which topic to go through. Luka also keep in communication about progress. I have already recommended other parents to Luka
