About Rhea
My fascination with Chemistry started with the curiosity about why substances react and how molecular interactions govern the world around us. This led me to pursue an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry, where I studied reaction mechanisms, molecular modeling, and analytical techniques. Over 7 years of teaching, I’ve developed a calm, structured, and student-focused approach that encourages exploration, understanding, and independent thinking. I focus on clarity, visual representation, and reasoning. I adapt my explanations to each student’s preferred learning style, whether using diagrams, stepwise logic, or real-world examples. I encourage active questioning and gradual mastery, ensuring learners feel confident and capable. Outside teaching, I engage with research literature, lab simulations, and modern chemical applications. Integrating these insights into lessons helps students see relevance and deepen their understanding. Witnessing students develop analytical confidence and curiosity in Chemistry is deeply rewarding and motivates my teaching practice daily.

Chemistry becomes approachable when students learn the logical structure behind reactions, formulas, and molecular interactions. In my lessons, I guide learners through atomic structure, chemical bonding, thermodynamics, kinetics, stoichiometry, and organic reactions using clear explanations and structured reasoning. Rather than memorizing rules, students learn to visualize molecules, predict reactions, and understand the connections between concepts.
