About Evie
I have led group tutoring sessions for 20+ college students over the past year, helping students in historically difficult biology courses. I have a strong background in biology and genuinely love teaching it. I’m passionate about helping students understand challenging topics and feel more confident in their abilities. With my experience and knowledge, I’ll make sure you feel supported and comfortable throughout each lesson.

My lessons are fun, interactive, and based on how you learn best. I don’t believe in just talking at you the whole time, so we’ll use examples, questions, diagrams, and activities to make biology easier to understand.
I’ll start by figuring out what you already know and what you need help with, then we’ll work through it together. If something doesn’t make sense, we’ll slow down and go over it in a different way until you understand it before moving on.
I’m a college biology student, so I know how confusing some topics can be. My goal is to make biology less stressful and actually enjoyable! I tutor middle and high school students in biology and molecular biology.
