About Abby
I have been in your shoes with school and graduated with my PhD just last year, so I understand the importance of knowledge and a deep understanding of information and how much that can help through your schooling career. I tutored all throughout my undergraduate degree and taught at a collegiate level during both my Masters degree and PhD. I am now a current college professor in an Exercise Science program teaching a little bit of everything in the degree. I am a caring and confident teacher and help my students to not just memorize but completely understand the materials for class to help form a great knowledge base. I cant wait to help you on your schooling journey!

I like to use lots of visual aids and different explanations/metaphors for the student to really understand and remember the information. I have learned to teach using lots of different learning methods to be able to teach to a large group of students with different learning habits. Depending on the course or the information we can start with any topics that the student is struggling with or we can start from the beginning of a lesson to go over everything. I am flexible with what we can go over as I want my students to get the most out of the tutoring sessions. College and high school students would probably get the most out of my tutoring lessons.
