I have not given private lessons yet, but I have worked with coaching 6th-8th grade youth teams for two years now, and once school was over was a volunteer assistant coach for the varsity team at Ashland High School.

Hi my name is Nathalia Cordeiro, I am a rising sophomore at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I grew up in a bilingual household, english being my second language I had a tough time when I was younger balancing the two languages and the different academic cultures of my two nationalities. I am able to work with young students to help them achieve new levels of success in their school work, but also aim to help them motivate themselves into challenging their work load but also will work with the students to help them understand what they are struggling to comprehend in a setting where they feel more in control and open to ask questions. Although I no longer play a sport in college I was an ROTC cadet my freshman year of college, and helped coach at my old club lacrosse team (Revolution Lacrosse). I believe every student or athlete have different learning styles and respond to different methods of coaching, so I work to accommodate each students/athletes individual needs.
