About Riya
Hii I’m Riya . I’m 19 years old I have started my journey of yoga last year and it’s been ayear since I’m praticising yoga . This one year has changed me a lot physical mentally and emotionally.I have started overcoming my fear. I have seen a lot of physical changes in me . So If I can feel changes in myself in a year I would to share my knowledge with u all and want u all to feel the same changes .

Starting the class with Ok chanting and mantras which helps in creating positive vibes and make u more better in ur practice.Then going ahead with hatha flow and then last 15 minutes of the class will practice paranamya which helps in increasing concentration and relaxing the mind and body .
