About Saijel
Hi! I’m Saizel — a Master’s graduate in Psychology with a background in Philosophy. I’ve always been fascinated by how people think, feel, and communicate. Over the years, I’ve interned with mental health organizations, supported real clients, and even published a paper in the International Journal of Indian Psychology. I believe knowledge is most powerful when it's shared in a way that’s easy to understand and apply. That’s why I teach — not just to help others learn, but to create a space where we grow together, question the world, and understand ourselves better.
