About Lillian

I’m a Cornell Engineering graduate with a 1560 SAT score and years of experience working with middle and high school students. I specialize in breaking down complex math concepts into clear, manageable steps so students feel confident and capable. Parents appreciate my structured approach, personalized plans, and consistent communication.

About the lesson

To make the most of each session, I ask families to share current homework, upcoming test dates, and recent grades before we meet. This allows me to identify gaps quickly and come prepared with targeted explanations and practice. Lessons are structured, efficient, and personalized, with clear takeaways so students know exactly what to work on next and parents see real progress from session to session.

Review

We are so glad we found Lillian. My son was stuck in the 1200s for his SAT despite having very good grades in school. We didn’t know how to support him, but Lillian put him on one of her training plans and got him on track. She gave us weekly update emails showing his improvement so that we could track his progress. He scored a 1560 this fall and got into one of his dream schools!

My daughter did most of her SAT studying on her own, but was stuck in the 1300s. Lillian evaluated her and put her on a program. Now my daughter has a 1470 and is feeling much more confident about scoring a 1500 this fall. My wife and I would highly recommend her. She is a pleasant person.
