About Joanna
I am here for you and with a desire to share what brings me joy and pleasure. Yoga helps me rediscover myself, reconnect with my body, take care of it, explore the power of breath, build resilience to stress, and consciously learn how to relax and return to myself. With immense joy in my heart, I share all of this with you during the sessions.
I have been practicing yoga for 5 years. I am a certified yoga teacher (trained in Austria), an integrative coach, a mentor (Switzerland), and a certified Reiki practitioner (India). Additionally, I provide health and wellbeing solutions to support around 120,000 employees.
For the past few years, I have focused primarily on activities that help, support, and create a space in which we all realize our potential, accompanied by love, joy, and caring for one another.

I combine asanas with breathing exercises (pranayama), meditation, and sense control (pratyahara) – all to bring you closer to your natural state and true self. Through this practice, you can experience improved flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as enhanced mental clarity, emotional stability, and stress relief.
By reconnecting with your body and mind, you can cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and find greater peace, inner harmony, and resilience.
Together, we will assess what you need in the moment and which practice will be most optimal for you.
