About Harley
Hiya! My name is Harley and I am a 200 hour certified yoga teacher in Louisville, KY. I obtained my yoga certification in April 2020 and have prior experience teaching fun group classes at Barre3 (a boutique barre studio). I am passionate about movement, self-care and helping my students achieve some inner peace while gaining functional strength and flexibility.

I teach yoga to all skill levels. I can teach challenging and creative to flows to advanced yogis who want to deepen their practice or give more detailed, one-on-one guidance to those who are just starting their yoga journey. When it comes to planning classes or lessons, I am endlessly inspired. I plan classes based on muscle groups, seasons, yoga philosophy, music, current events, the goals of my clients, and more.
