About Misti
Hi, I’m Misti—and I believe learning English shouldn’t feel intimidating, frustrating, or out of reach.
I specialize in helping students build confidence in creative writing, spelling, and everyday communication. Whether you’re struggling to keep up in school or just feel stuck when trying to put your thoughts into words, I create a space where learning feels supportive, practical, and actually doable.
My approach is simple: I meet you where you’re at. No pressure, no judgment, and no overwhelming methods that leave you more confused than when you started. I break things down in a way that makes sense, focusing on real progress you can see and feel.
What makes my teaching different is that I understand what it’s like to feel unsure or discouraged when it comes to learning. I focus just as much on building confidence as I do on improving skills—because once you believe you can do it, everything changes.
In our sessions, we’ll work on:
