About Eric
I am a junior level Aerospace Engineer at Penn State University. I have helped a good few students already here at Penn State succeed at passing their math/physics/engineering classes in my three years here. However, I wanted to branch out to be able to help more students push through their struggles and maybe gain an appreciation of math along the way!
My relevant high school/university coursework includes:
*Algebra I and II
*Pre-Calculus and Trigonometry
*Calculus I and II (of a single variable)
*General Physics
*Physics: Electricity and Magnetism
*Physics: Quantum Mechanics and Optics
*Engineering: Statics, Strength of Materials, and Dynamics
*Multivariable Calculus
*Linear Algebra
*Ordinary and Partial Differential Equations
*Circuits
*Thermodynamics
As well as these more specific Aerospace classes:
*Structures
*Analysis
*System Dynamics and Control
*Astronautics
*Aeronautics
*Aerodynamics I and II
I had some really good math and physics teachers and professors in the past that really had a passion for what they taught, and they were what made me decide to follow the path that I am today! I hope to be the same way here, and I am happy to talk to anyone about any of the many subjects above, anytime!

I tutor using online whiteboard materials (like OneNote) over a video call such as Zoom. This works best if the student has a similar online whiteboard to work problems, but this is not necessary. A camera, mic, notebook, and pencil could be sufficient for a lesson with problems, while simply a mic could be enough for a purely conceptual session.
My tutoring style is very student-oriented. A typical session may be mostly conceptual, or mostly example problem-oriented, depending on what the student may require. This being the case, the student should converse with me before the lesson about what they want the lesson to be about, along with any relevant problems (especially with homework help; this helps me prepare some demonstration problems similar to the homework before the session).
My tutoring sessions could be helpful for any level of student who is struggling in their math, physics, and/or engineering classes.
