About Theo
my name is Theo Thomas and i am 20 living in london. I have played football at academy level, playing fa youth cup and also at county level for inner london. I've also competed at the london youth games for southwark in the 200 & 300m. Im currently an amateur boxer with aspirations of going to the olympics. You should chose me because i can get you into the shape of a boxer which requires a lot of effort and won’t be easy, but the end goal is satisfying and 100% worth it.

Perfect! I was looking for a new boxing coach ,and u started training with Theo ,I feel that Theo has helped Immensely improve my skills ,,from the drills the pad work and sparring,,fantastic knowledge and brilliant at spotting and correcting,,great guy and always have a good laugh with some serious training,,I would recommend Theo to anyone who wants to learn boxing

Perfect! Theo is a great trainer, very professional. He came and met me in my local park early in the morning which was very convenient for me. We did cardio, foot work and pad work. Had a great session.
