About Tarina
My name is Tarina I’m a current high school student who loves teaching and has a particular passion with English and biology. I am currently an English mentor and have been distinguishing in this subject since before I can remember which is why I would love to share with every student the tips and tricks that has helped and is currently helping me excel !, I teach in a relatable and high engaging manner emphasising questions and allowing my mentees to fully understand each topic. I am also very flexible and my way of presenting and teaching may
vary depending on your particular child’s learning style and aptitudes and I ensure you after a couple classes students will be beyond improved which will reflect on not only their report cards but their work ethic too.

Well well well as a current student and English mentor myself I know all the little tricks and ways to ENSURE your child not only does well but excels and truly enjoys the subject as much as I do. My only wish is to teach your child with the passion and enthusiasm they deserve, making them ace every lit essay coming their way and ensuring they have the skills required to take them through high school and beyond, sharing my love and knowledge and seeing them flourish !. My lessons are built on engagement and fundamental understanding of each section, as someone who writes test on a daily basis I will also focus a lot on test work making sure they tackle English exams and papers in the right way EVERY TIME because being good at English is one thing but being able to translate that in your papers and work is a skill within itself.
