About Sarah
I’m a reliable and patient tutor who enjoys helping students build confidence in their learning. I am a senior high school student with strong academic results and strong time management skills. Through my volunteer work and involvement in wheelchair basketball and AFL, I have developed teamwork, leadership, and communication skills. I pride myself on being organized, encouraging, and professional, creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving their skills.

I focus on creating a supportive learning environment where students can build confidence and improve their skills. I use simple explanations, step-by-step methods, and plenty of practice questions to help students understand key concepts.
Lessons usually run for 60 minutes but can be negotiated and can include NAPLAN preparation, homework help, and revision support. I adapt lessons to suit each student’s learning style and can provide extra support for students with low-level learning disabilities who may need concepts explained more clearly or repeated in different ways.
My lessons are suitable for primary and junior high school students who need extra help building foundational skills and confidence.
