About Sambit Ranjan
When I was in high school, I was introduced to mathematics Olympiads and that completely changed the way I looked at math. I started exploring topics like number theory and combinatorics, and I fell in love with the beauty and depth of problem-solving beyond the school curriculum. Over time, I got involved in math clubs and discussion forums, especially on platforms like Art of Problem Solving (AoPS), where I interacted with students from around the world. I qualified RMO four times and also cleared AMC 8 and AMC 10, which deepened my passion for mathematics even more. As I progressed, I began mentoring my friends and juniors for Olympiads and JEE Advanced math, and I discovered how much I enjoy teaching. Explaining concepts to others not only strengthened my understanding but also made me appreciate mathematics on a whole new level.
