I am Ayala, a yoga practitioner and now a licensed teacher. I discovered yoga for me as the best Therapy tool I knew, for the soul, for past wounds, for releasing traumas, for a better life with gratitude, perseverance, dreams and peace. I see it as a mission to pass on yoga for everyone and I would love to get to know each one of you and be a part of your process for healing and balancing your body, soul and mind.
