My approach to tutoring focuses on creating a supportive, engaging, student-centered learning. I begin by assessing each student's current level, strengths, and challenges, then adjust my teaching style to match their needs. I use a combination of real-life examples, interactive discussions, visual aids, and step-by-step problem-solving techniques to make lessons easier.
A typical lesson lasts between 45minutes to 1 hour, depending on student's needs and attention span. I make sure each session has a clear objective and ends with a short review to check understanding.
I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics (Cum Laude) and have experience teaching Mathematics, Science, and Computer Science across multiple grade levels in an international school setting. I have worked with students from elementary to Junior high school, tailoring my lessons to suit different learning styles and age groups.
My lessons are designed for students aged 9 to 16, including learners who need enrichment, remedial support, homework assistance, or preparation for quizzes and exams.
