About Rabia
I am an educator driven by the belief that learning has the power to transform not only minds but entire lives. With a strong academic foundation and a compassionate heart, I am committed to creating equitable, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments where every student — regardless of ability, background, or learning style — can thrive. My teaching philosophy is grounded in constructivist and humanistic principles, guided by frameworks such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle, and the Universal Design for Learning (UDL). I view teaching as a dynamic process of co-creation, where knowledge is not simply transmitted but actively constructed through inquiry, reflection, and real-world application. I teach because I believe education should empower individuals to think critically, act ethically, and lead purposefully. Whether supporting young learners in primary settings or mentoring students in business disciplines such as Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Leadership, and Project Management, I strive to connect learning to life — bridging theory and practice through experiential and collaborative learning. My work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) has shaped my deepest conviction: that inclusion is not merely a pedagogical choice but a moral imperative. I design lessons that honour diversity, nurture emotional resilience, and promote a sense of belonging. My goal is to help learners not only achieve academic excellence but also develop the confidence, empathy, and self-efficacy needed to flourish beyond the classroom. Ultimately, I teach to ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and inspire lifelong learning — equipping students with the intellectual tools and personal courage to shape their own futures and contribute meaningfully to the world.
