About Linzey
I am a certified Sports Nutritionist and martial arts instructor with over 2 years of teaching experience under my belt (pun intended). I will offer education on diet adjustment, clean eating, nutrition processing in the body, basic body physiology, exercise science, and exercise routines ranging from low impact to high intensity, depending on your individual health goals!
Currently, I teach group classes for Tai Chi Chuan designated for elderly folk looking to gain muscle mass and burn body fat. I also run a health and wellness blog on Facebook (concealed information) and (concealed information)

About the lesson

My method of teaching is breaking down each exercise step-by-step, move for move through visual demonstrations.
For nutrition education, I normally use diagrams and pictures to illustrate the digestion, ingestion and absorption of food. As well as label each product for the vitamins, minerals, and how each item either assists or inhibits the process of digestion.
