I am a Diploma-Certified Yoga Instructor, certified by Yoga Vidya Gurukul, Nashik, with a strong passion for promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. My teaching combines traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, and Pranayama techniques with modern wellness approaches to offer a holistic and personalized yoga experience. I have experience teaching students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, focusing on flexibility, strength, stress relief, and mindfulness.
