About Cameron
I am a passionate flute teacher with over 6 years of tutoring experience. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who wish to learn flute for education, performance, or personal enjoyment. I believe every student can become a confident musician with the right guidance and regular practice.
My teaching method is based on motivation, communication, creativity, and personalized instruction. I carefully observe each student's strengths and challenges before planning lessons that match their learning pace. My classes are encouraging, practical, and enjoyable.
Besides flute, I teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, breath control, beginner keyboard, sight reading, performance skills, and music appreciation. These subjects help students build complete musical knowledge.
I guide students in improving breathing, finger coordination, tone production, rhythm, musical expression, and stage confidence. I also provide practice strategies that help students continue improving outside the classroom. My goal is to create confident learners who enjoy music throughout their lives.

I believe that learning music should be enjoyable while encouraging discipline and creativity. My teaching methodology is guided by Communication, Accountability, and Integrity. Every lesson is designed to help students improve their flute-playing skills while developing confidence and a deeper understanding of music.
I begin by teaching posture, breathing techniques, embouchure, finger movement, and tone production. As students gain confidence, they learn scales, rhythm exercises, note reading, articulation, dynamics, phrasing, and performance skills. Lessons include practical exercises and musical pieces that make learning meaningful and enjoyable.
Communication allows students to ask questions freely and receive clear explanations. Accountability encourages consistent practice, goal setting, and continuous improvement. Integrity helps me provide honest feedback, patient instruction, and respectful guidance to every learner.
Besides flute, I also teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Rhythm Development, Staff Notation, Sight Reading, Breath Control, Instrument Care, Music Appreciation, Performance Preparation, and Practice Strategies. These subjects help students become confident and well-rounded musicians.
My aim is to help students enjoy every lesson, perform with confidence, and develop a lifelong appreciation for music.
