About Swagatika
I am Swagatika a Research Scholar of Education working on biological science education and psychology. I hold double PG degree i.e. in Life Science from Berhampur University Odisha and M.Ed from Sambalpur University Odisha. I am passionate about my subject and dedicated to my students' success. I create a supportive and engaging learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas. I simplify complex concepts and adapt to different learning styles to help each student grasp challenging material. By fostering critical thinking and encouraging independence, I empower my students to take ownership of their learning. I continuously pursue growth, both for myself and my students, ensuring that I am not only an effective educator but also an inspiring mentor.
