I am a certified Yoga Instructor from Rishikesh having 4 years of experience in teaching Various forms of Yoga.
These include Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation.
As far as my practice is concerned, I am into yoga for the Past 10 years.
I really enjoy teaching one to one.

My way of teaching is systematic and progressive in nature utilizing the prana flow along with the body Postures.
My involvement includes:
a) Clearly understanding and discussing the requirements, concerns.
b) Design the relevant path to Conduct Yoga sessions.
c) Special focus on the Alignment, breathing and Adjustments needed.
d) Systematic and Progressive way of learning the Yoga.
e) Relating my teaching to the day to day understanding.
f) Designing the Yoga Practice to help bettering whatever Profession you are into
g) Fostering the clarity into your thoughts with good understanding of how Mind works.
h) Working on various ailments, pains, traumas and creating a happier, healthier version of you.
