I am an Early Childhood Special/General Education Graduate with several completed internships teaching and playing an active role in classroom. To start off my teaching style is to reinforce the basics, especially for mathematics. By starting from the beginning this can lead to a confident student who is capable of advancing and excelling.
A typical lesson plan will be based off of where your child is currently at and establishing how well they are doing. An intro quiz to find out what they need to work on, and building the lesson around that.
What sets me apart is the range of what I can teach. I have experience tutoring math from kindergarten all the way to precalculus. This means that as your child grows and continues to learn, I will also be able to continue to tutor them and reinforce what they are learning.
I really look forward to being able to help your child grow in their educational experience!
