I believe in Practice by Doing as it's one of the highest method for knowledge retention rather than students just forgetting what they learnt after every class.
A typical lesson should be around an hour to keep things entertaining for the students and particularly due to students short attention span.
I've been teaching for 7 years particularly students age 10 to 17. I hold an MBA in International Marketing from Coventry University and am currently a full-time educator at a learning centre that's been established for over 6 years.
