About Maria
I am an Electrical and Computer Engineering graduate from Texas A&M University and currently pursuing my Masters at the University of Ottawa. I have been working with student at various academic levels for the past 3 years and have adapted to one on one tutoring as well as taking up a small class of 5-10 students. This allows me to focus on each students indiviudal needs and offer them the support and guidance that they may require.
I have experience in tutoring different curriculums such as IB, AP courses as well as A/O levels. This exposure to a diverse set of curriculums allows me to adapt my teaching style to the specifics of each system and offer the best suited learning techniques for each student.
Lastly, I approach each tutoring session with a strong sense of responsibility. I understand that education is a critical aspect of a student's life, and I am dedicated to assisting them in achieving their goals. Whether it's clarifying concepts, providing feedback, or guiding them through challenging material, I am committed to their success and growth.
