About Stephanie
I worked in the elementary school setting for 20 years as a 3rd and 5th grade teacher. My classroom composition always consisted of a wide range of abilities. I was a team leader who always used cutting edge teaching practices. I have a Master's degree in Reading.

My teaching method has always been to identify individual students' strengths to remediate their weaknesses. No one is good at everything but if we can guide a student to use what they are good at and comfortable with to approach the tough areas then we can move students towards success.
