I have 19 years as a classroom teacher. I have over 10 years of after school tutoring experience. I have taught over 500 students during my career. I've received several recognition for my students' performance on State exams, and was Teacher of the Year for my entire school district.

I am a K-8 grade certified teacher with 19 years of classroom teaching experience. I hold a undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I am adept in using various types in instruction including: whole group, small group, one-to-one, lecture, demonstration, modeling, guided reading, role playing, hands-on, and student driven lessons.
As a teacher I am motivated, energetic, flexible, multidimensional, humorous, caring, fair, and dedicated to bringing out the best in each student.
