About Maialen
I have been a practitioner of different styles of yoga for 4 years. Yoga practice is present in my life since then. I have been offering vinyasa yoga classes for a year now and today I continue to deepen and learn every day about this wonderful philosophy of life. Yoga has changed my life, and that is why I am passionate about showing this path to those who want to get into it.

My method of transmitting the knowledge of the physical practice of yoga is vinyasa krama. A variety of elemental vinyasa krama waves (asana / pose sequences) that focus on warm-up, standing poses, balancing poses, seated poses, backbends, hip openings, inversions, arm balancing, restoring, closing and savasana. Investing in yourself and your mental, spiritual and physical well-being is like buying health insurance for the rest of your life.
